White Coats for Black Lives (WC4BL) is a national organization born out of the National White Coat Die-In demonstrations that took place on December 10, 2014. Biographical / historical:

White Coats for Black Lives (WC4BL) is a national organization born out of the National White Coat Die-In demonstrations that took place on December 10, 2014. The group's mission is to dismantle racism in medicine and promote the health, well-being, and self-determination of people of color. WC4BL's goals are to foster dialogue on racism as a public health concern, end racial discrimination in medical care, and prepare future physicians to be advocates for racial justice. The Duke Chapter of WC4BL was founded in the fall of 2020 and is active on Duke's campus.
